Trudy is an Associate Solicitor and Head of our Wills and Probate team. Trudy is based in Newark but works across all three of our offices.
Trudy handles matters including:
- Wills.
- Deeds of Variation.
- Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising on Court of Protection matters and Deputyships.
Trudy's work is supervised by Christopher Milligan, our Senior Partner.
