Sebastian qualified as a solicitor in December 2018 having completed his training at Bird & Co and is a Partner and Deputy Head of Conveyancing responsible for the conveyancing team within our Grantham office.
Sebastian works within the Conveyancing Department where he handles both Residential and Commercial matters, including:
- All types of residential sales and purchases (including freehold and leasehold properties and new builds).
- Transfers and remortgages of residential properties.
- Sale and purchase of commercial land and buildings.
- Leases of commercial land and buildings.
In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends.
Sebastian's work is supervised by the Head of Conveyancing, Daniel Chard.
