Nancy joined Bird & Co in 2020. She works in our conveyancing team in the Grantham office handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Purchases of freehold and leasehold houses and flats.
- Sale of freehold and leasehold houses and flats.
- New build transactions.
- Shared ownership transactions.
- Right to buy transactions.
- Transfer of Equity.
- Remortgages.
Nancy is currently studying towards a law degree.
Nancy is supervised by Sebastian Thorpe, the Deputy Head of Conveyancing.
