Jacqui joined Bird and Co in 2022 bringing a wealth of experience in all types of conveyancing transaction, including:
- Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold houses and flats.
- Transfers of properties.
- Shared Ownership transactions.
- New build transactions.
- Remortgages.
Jacqui is registered as a Conveyancing Technician with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
Jacqui works within the conveyancing team in our Grantham office and her work is supervised by Daniel Chard, our Head of Conveyancing.
