Hannah is a conveyancer in our Newark office. Hannah handles all types of residential conveyancing including:
- The sale and purchase of residential properties (both freehold and leasehold).
- Purchase of new build properties (including Shared Ownership and properties being purchased with the benefit of Help to Buy funding).
- Transfers and remortgages of residential properties.
Hannah has worked within the conveyancing team at Bird & Co since 2014. She is currently working towards becoming qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Hannah's work is supervised by the Head of Conveyancing, Daniel Chard.
