David is a solicitor and heads the personal injury department at the firm. He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of personal injury claims including claims that go to Court. This includes road traffic accidents to serious and severe workplace injuries. He has never lost a case to date.
David currently considers all personal injury enquiries however he has a special interest in serious and catastrophic injuries occurring in the workplace.
In addition to workplace claims he deals with the following:
- road traffic accidents (especially motorcycle and bicycle claims);
- medical negligence claims;
- slip, trips and falls in public and private;
- injuries while on holiday;
- prison incidents;
- fatal injuries;
- uninsured and untraceable driver applications through the MIB;
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority applications and all other criminal injuries.
He regularly carries out home visits and is happy to give a free initial consultation. He is able to see clients at all of our offices.
