“personal injury claims are quite unique from other areas of law, this is due to the fact that clients need not shell out on our fees at the start of the claim but instead pay our fees at the end of a claim and only if successful. This money is usually from the damages received and can be from the insurer. We offer a no win no fee way of funding”.

David first read law at the University of Lincoln. He was elected the President of the Student Law Society during his second year. After graduation he pursued a career as a barrister. He took up studies at the Nottingham Law School and completed the Bar Professional Training Course. While carrying out his studies he worked part time in a legal team at a large Lincolnshire based construction firm.

He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the bar in England and Wales in 2014. Following this he was admitted and enrolled as a Gibraltar barrister in 2015 before then re-qualifying as a solicitor here.

David is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executes and is currently applying for fellowship.

In addition to this he is near completion with a Masters Degree focusing on police negligence.
