Chloe works in our Conveyancing team within our Newark office. She handles all types of residential conveyancing including:
- The sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Shared Ownership properties.
- Right to Buy properties.
- Newbuild properties.
Chloe has completed the academic stages of her training to become a Licensed Conveyancer and expects to qualify early in 2026.
Chloe is supervised by Daniel Chard, the Head of Conveyancing.

Today is my completion day!!!!. I genuinely would not be here (and in the state of peace and pure joy I am in) without the absolute stellar support I’ve had from Bird and Co team. I was assigned to Team Chard and I didn’t know that the day Chloe Bailey would take on my case would be the answer to the many prayers I had made all those months ago, back when my offer was accepted (5 months ago to be exact). I prayed for a somewhat easy purchase but to please be assigned to a conveyancer/solicitor that would be responsive, understanding and supportive. I would just like to say, yes, Chloe was all those things but so so so much more!! She is proactive, before I could even write an email, I was already receiving an email from Chloe with all the details I could think of, she was efficient, kind, knowledgeable and a little telephathic too (haha!). For context this is the second purchase I have tried to do (first one I had to pull out and the solicitors I had instructed, from a different company, were terrible!) This has just been an absolute dream. Even in moment of crisis, Chloe was quick to turn my emotion/frustration (of things outside our control) into action and yield positive results within hours. There wasn’t a moment I didn’t felt looked after. I know they must have the heaviest workload because of how good they are, but they make you feel like you’re the only person theyre looking after (in a good way), making you feel like no question was too small or ask, too crazy. Days will pass and workload will continue but I’d like you to know you’ve been a part of one of the most significant moments in my life and enhanced it with your kindness. I will never forget it. Thank you thank you thank you. (Give this girl a raise! )
