The team looking after our sale & purchase provided us with an excellent service. The team kept us upto date promptly on all matters affecting our house move and proactively chased other conveyancers/estate agents when needed. Our house move was very difficult for various reasons but Fiona and her team went above and beyond to resolve the issues, some of which were threatening to prevent our house move happening. Ultimately we moved successfully and Bird & Co were a key part of that success. I would not hesitate to use them again should their services be needed.
