Rachael joined Bird & Co in 1997 as an office junior and left in 2001. After a short period away, Rachael returned in 2004 and joined the firm as a Paralegal. Rachael has extensive previous experience in a Paralegal role and has qualified in September 2026 as a Solicitor.
Rachael works in the Family Department based in the Grantham Office.
Rachael's family work is supervised by Estelle Conron.
Rachael is also a Police Station Accredited Representative, having spent several years working within our commercial team. She occasionally assists the criminal department with covering the police station rota out of office hours and her work in this area is supervised by our Senior Partner, Christopher Milligan.
