Fiona handles all types of residential conveyancing including:

- Transfers of equity.

- New build properties.
- Shared ownership properties.
Fiona is supervised by Daniel Chard, the Head of Conveyancing.
The team looking after our sale & purchase provided us with an excellent service. The team kept us upto date promptly on all matters affecting our house move and proactively chased other conveyancers/estate agents when needed.
