Dale has been working for Bird and Co since July 2014 after gaining a Law Degree from the University of Lincoln.
Dale is a senior conveyancer within the team at our Lincoln office since 2018. He handles all types of residential property transactions including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- New build properties.
- Shared Ownership properties.
- Right to Buy properties.
- Transfers of property.
- Remortgages.
Dale progresses all matters in a timely and efficient manner.
In his spare time enjoys socialising with friends alongside playing and watching football.
Dale's work is supervised by our Head of Conveyancing, Daniel Chard.
