R v Chapman & Others – Teeside Crown Court

Conspiracy Solicitors secured the acquittal of one of eight defendants who faced trial in 2016 in Teesside Crown Court in relation to an alleged £70,000 counterfeit cheque scam.

Other defendants were convicted after trial and received lengthy custodial sentences.

Conspiracy Solicitors’ client was duly acquitted of conspiring to convert criminal property and left court without a stain upon his character following a seven day trial.

I could not recommend Damian Sabino enough. I was arrested with a quarter kilo of cocaine and £20,000 cash and walked away a free man. Judges were hesitant as they believed I was playing the system, but came away with a 2 year suspended sentence.
