Victoria joined Bird and Co in 2003 as a Secretary within our family department.
During Victoria’s time at Bird and Co she has progressed to become a para-legal in the Family Department, Conveyancing Executive and now returning to the Family Department as a Family Law Executive.
When commencing her employment Victoria dealt with Public and Private Law, Children matter with a particular interest in Care Proceedings and families with Social Services involvement. Since joining the firm Victoria has taken on a range of roles and in 2013 moved over to the Newark Office to set up the dedicated Conveyancing Support Team.
On her return to the Grantham Office in 2015 to run her own caseload of Conveyancing matters. Victoria’s experience included handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, including new leases, lease extensions, shared ownership and new build properties. Transfers and re-mortgages.
Victoria completed a BA (Honours) Business and Law degree with the Open University in 2012 and thereafter achieving a Certificate in Family Law before becoming an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Victoria is now studying to become a Solicitor via the SQE route.
Victoria has now returned to the family department and her work mainly focuses on matrimonial law and private and public children matters.
Victoria is part of the Family Team in our Grantham office. Her work is supervised by Estelle Conron.
Victoria is married with one son and a Catechist at the local Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing Yoga and Pilates and spending time with her family and friends.
