Joanna joined Bird & Co. Solicitors in June 2005 as an Assistant Solicitor, located at our Grantham Office, within the Property, Wills & Probate Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 1991, having completed her studies at the Nottingham Law School, formerly part of Trent Polytechnic, and now a faculty of Nottingham Trent University.

Over the past fourteen years, having worked with various law firms in the Nottinghamshire area, Joanna has accumulated substantial experience in wills’ drafting, probate matters, administering estates, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and elderly client issues. She is a member of “Solicitors for the Elderly” and the “Probate Section of the Law Society”.

Joanna is married with two children and spends much of her time away from work with her ponies - the younger of her children being an accomplished junior show jumper.
